Terms of Service

VectorOS is a personal AI assistant in Telegram (@vector_os_bot). These Terms of Service govern your use of the bot and our sites; the authoritative full version is the Russian text, linked at the end. Key points:

• How the agreement forms. By using the service you accept these terms; by paying you accept the paid-access terms. These terms, together with our privacy policy and the price and subscription terms shown in the bot when you pay, form the whole agreement. The service is for users 18 and older.
• AI answers, your decisions. The agent's replies and actions are generated by a large language model and may be inaccurate, incomplete or outdated — verify anything important before acting on it. It is not professional (medical, legal, financial, tax or psychological) advice and is not for emergencies; the decisions, and responsibility for them, are yours.
• Subscription. Access is a paid 30-day period. The binding price is the one shown in the bot at checkout (the pricing page is informational).
• No automatic charges. Nothing renews on its own — we don't store your payment details, so we simply can't charge you. Each renewal is a new payment you make yourself. After a period ends there is a short grace window (at least three days) before access is paused; your data is not deleted.
• Payment. Pay with Telegram Stars via Telegram's native checkout, or by transfer on the TON blockchain network with a unique memo. Blockchain transfers are irreversible at the network level — check the address, network, amount and memo before sending.
• Refunds. If a payment went through but access didn't open, message us — /paysupport in the bot, or privacy@vectoros.ai — and we'll refund it. Other refunds are handled on request under applicable consumer-protection law. You can also stop before a paid period ends and ask for a refund on the unused part, minus any costs we've actually incurred.
• Your content and data. What you send stays yours; we process it only to run the service, never to train general AI models, never for advertising, and we never sell it. Export anytime with /export (or /export md) and permanently delete everything with /delete_my_data. Data handling is governed by the privacy policy.
• Subscription terms. Your current price stays as long as you keep renewing before the grace period ends; if the subscription lapses, further access is at the price in effect at that time.
• As is. The service is provided "as is" and "as available"; message and reminder delivery is best-effort and not guaranteed — don't rely on reminders as the only check for critical events. Rights granted to you by applicable law are not affected.
